The Romey Gathered Dress & Top is a center seamed top with a keyhole front neck that features a button and loop closure, empire waist with a gathered skirt or peplum as well as billowy sleeves that are gathered into a narrow, “above the wrist” cuff.  The Romey comes in three lengths.

Regular sizes 00-20 included.

This is a Confident Beginner Level pattern.

Options & Features:

Suggested Fabrics: Light weight woven fabrics that are not too stiff such as linen/viscose blends, rayon challis, linen/rayon, sand-washed silk, linen or cotton lawn.

Notions: Thread, one button approximately 12mm to 20mm.
